Kevin Anderson of Ilisiakos named MVP of Greek League eleventh day. Anderson played 34 minutes against Kolossos Rodou and scored 29 points, collected 3 rebounds, gave 3 assists and had 2 steals. His performance was ranked with 29 points, which was the top rating of the eleventh day.

 KAOD defeated Olympiacos for Greek League eleventh day. Olympiacos played without Vasilis Spanoulis and Brent Petway, after its first defeat for this season from Panathinaikos. Olympiacos made 16 turnovers and had 4/21 three pointers. Matt Lojeski made a double double with 17 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals but was almost alone for Olympiacos. For KAOD Edin Bavčić had 19 points and 9 rebounds while Nikola Marković had 7 points and 10 rebounds. J'Covan Brown scored 25 points.

Panionios hosted and defeated Rethymno Aegean for Greek League eleventh day. Panionios with Errick McCollum and Marios Batis having a great game defeated Rethymno Aegean in the last game of 2013. Panionios had 10/25 three pointers against 4/23 of Rethymno Aegean. Marios Batis for Panionios and Kenny Gabriel for Rethymno Aegean finished the game with a double double. Batis scored 13 points and collected 13 rebounds, while Gabriel scored 11 points and collected 12 rebounds. For Rethymno Aegean three players scored 11 points each, Koumpouras, Kalampokis and Gabriel.

Panelefsiniakos made 25 turnovers and couldn't follow the home team. After this game the two teams share the same position in the Greek Basketball League table. Giannis Athinaiou scored 28 points with 6/7 three pointers. Ikaros Chalkidas had 2/11 three pointers while Aris had 14/29. For Ikaros Chalkidas Ivan Aska had 23 points and 8 rebounds and Darrin Govens 10 points and 5 rebounds.

Nea Kifisia hosted and defeated Apollon Patras for Greek League eleventh day. This was the third victory in a row for Nea Kifisia and the third defeat in the row for Apollon Patras. Nea Kifisia was leading the game except of the second quarter where Apollon Patras made its counter attack. Apollon Patras had a poor 30% accuracy in two pointers with 15/50 shots. Nea Kifisia had two players with a double double, Tony Crocker and Tony Woods. Tony Crocker scored 14 points and collected 11 rebounds, while Tony Woods scored 12 points, collected 13 rebounds and made 5 blocks! The veteran Michalis Kakiouzis helped a lot with 10 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists in 23 minutes.

Kolossos Rodou signed Stevan Nadjfeji

Kolossos Rodou signed Stevan Nadjfeji (Nađfeji). The 34 years old Serbian power forward returns to the team where he played 16 games in the previous season with 6.3 points in average per game. Nadjfeji has also played for Panionios, Maroussi, Panellinios and Rethymno Aegean in Greece. Besides Greece the experienced Serbian has played for Radnički Beograd, KK Partizan, UNICS Kazan and Ural Great. Nadjfeji has played 155 games in the Greek Basketball League so he is familiar with the country and league, and will debut against Ilisiakos.

Kolossos Rodou released Chad Prewitt from the team. Prewitt played 7 games with Kolossos Rodou and had 3 points average per game.

KAOD signed Dante Stiggers

KAOD signed Dante Stiggers. The 31 years old American point guard returns to Greece, after APOEL in Cyprus, since he had previously played for PAOK. Stiggers also holds a Belorussian passport and can be registered as European player. Stiggers graduated from University of Southern Mississippi.

Panathinaikos defeated Olympiacos for Greek cup semi-finals

Panathinaikos hosted and defeated Olympiacos for Greek cup semi-finals. Both team had injured players missing the game. Panathinaikos was the home team and and the cup winner, while Olympiacos had a 27-0 victory run in this season. Panathinaikos started the game with score from the paint while Olympiacos was better at three pointers. Stratos Perperoglou finished the first quarter with two committed fouls, a crucial player for the game. Nikos Pappas was playing after his injury and scored 5 points in the first quarter, giving help to Diamantidis in controlling the ball. In the second quarter Olympiacos scored two three pointers and ran a partial score 1-11, taking the lead with 21-24. Ramel Curry scored the first three pointer for Panathinaikos on 18th minute, making the score 31-29. Panathinaikos had the rebounds and two pointers in the first half, while Olympiacos had the assists and the three pointers. In the last 30 seconds of the first half Olympiacos scored 5 points and the first half finished with scored 35-34. Second half started nervously with the two teams not scoring in the first 3 minutes. Then Dimitris Diamantidis scored his first three pointer. Stratos Perperoglou scored the first points for Olympiacos in the second half after almost 6 minutes. At the end of third quarter there were three players with 3 committed fouls, Cedric Simmons, Stratos Perperoglou and Jonas Mačiulis. Each team scored only 10 points in the third quarter and the last quarter started with almost equal score. In the fourth quarter the teams were not that nervous and the scoring lead was changing sides minute by minute. Bryant Dunston was injured 4 minutes before the end but the injury wasn't serious. Panathinaikos scored 5 points in a row and 4 minutes before the end created a difference of 6 points, 59-53. Panathinaikos with Jonas Mačiulis and Mike Bramos kept Panathinaikos in the lead and gave their team a great victory. This was the first defeat for Olympiacos in this season, after a 27-0 victories run. For Olympiacos only Sloukas scored more than 10 points, while for Panathinaikos Bramos scored 12 points, Mačiulis 11 points and Diamantidis 10 points. Panathinaikos qualified for the Greek Cup final where it will defend it's crown. Panathinaikos will play against Aris in the Greek Cup final that will take place in Heraklion, Crete.

Vaggelis Aggelou agreed with Efes Anadolu

Vaggelis Aggelou agreed with Efes Anadolu for 2.5 years contract. Aggelou will be the second Greek that will coach Efes Anadolu after Elias Zouros. Aggelou was coaching Aris BC and in his last game with the team he led his team to the cup final after 8 years. Aggelou will play against Panathinaikos and Olympiacos for Euroleague's Top 16. Aggelou is the second Greek coach in the Turkish League (Türkiye 1. Basketbol Ligi) this season, after Dimitis Itoudis of Banvit.

Aris defeated Panionios for Greek cup semifinals

Aris hosted and defeated Panionios for Greek cup semifinals, in a knock out game. Aris started the game with a 21-4 run. In 8th minute Panionios' coach was charged with a technical foul due and the first half finished with score 34-11. Aris kept the difference at high levels and the first half finished with the home team leading the score by 20 points. In the third quarter Panionios tried to counter attack after the difference reached 21 points. Charisis made an unsportsmanlike foul, Uros Duvnjak scored a three pointer and Michalis Pelekanos made an offensive foul. The difference lowered to 11 points and the game was starting to be tight. Aris was charged with a second unsportsmanlike foul in the third quarter, Errick McCollum scored the two free throws and the difference was just six points. Aleksandar Vezenkov scored three free throws, Hunt scored a three pointer and Symtsak made an offensive foul in Aris' small counter attack. Aris controlled the game and although it lost the 20 points difference, it manage to keep it steady above 10 points. Aris won Panionios with 88-79 in a game that dominated from the first minute. Aris qualified to the cup final, first time after the cup final of 2005, and will play against the winner of the second semi-final between Panathinaikos and Olympiacos.

Maccabi defeated Panathinaikos in Athens for Euroleague

Maccabi Electra defeated Panathinaikos in Athens for Euroleague. This was the second defeat by Maccabi for Panathinaikos this season, after the one in Tel Aviv. A bad game for Panathinaikos and doulbe worries since Roko Leni Ukić  left the game due to an injury and will miss the cup game against Olympiacos.

Olympiacos defeated Stelmet Zielona Góra for Euroleague

Olympiacos defeated for second time Stelmet Zielona Góra for Euroleague. Olympiacos won Stelmet Zielona Góra easier in the second game away from home, than in the first game that took place in Greece. The Euroleague winners were leading the score for the whole game and let no hope to the home team. For Zielona Góra Zamojski scored 22 points and Dragičević 14 points. For Olympiacos Stratos Perperoglou was in shape for another game and scored 23 points with Matt Lojeski following with 18 points and Vasilis Spanoulis another 17 points.

Panionios in Group L of Last 32 Eurocup

Panionios qualified for the Last 32 round of Eurocup and the draw placed the team on Group L. Besides Panionios in the Group L are Crvena Zvezda Telekom, Nizhny Novgorod and Bilbao Basket. Crvena Zvezda Telekom was in Euroleague where it lost two games by another Greek team, Panathinaikos. Nizhny Novgorod was in the same group with PAOK, where the Greek team was eliminated and Nizhny won it twice. From first two teams of the group qualify to the next round.

PAOK lost by Nizhny Novgorod for Eurocup

PAOK hosted Nizhny Novgorod for Eurocup. The Greek team had lost in the first game, after a very long and tiring trip to Russia, but lost the second game too. PAOK was leading the game only in the first quarter but the Nizhny Novgorod with a counter attack in the second quarter took the lead and kept it until the end. Semen Antonov finished the game with a double double, 14 points and 11 rebounds. For PAOK Giorgos Dedas was the top scorer of the game. PAOK didn't have a motive for the game since it has already been disqualified from the next round.

Bisons Loimaa hosted and defeated Panionios for Eurocup. Panionios had already qualified in the next round but was playing for a better position in the group standings. The Greek team had defeated Bisons Loimaa in the first game. The game finished with equal score in the normal time and in the extra time the Finnish team won the game by 4 points. The two Americans of Bisons made the difference with Frank Robinson scoring 25 points and collecting 12 rebounds, while John Williamson scored 24 points.  After this defeat Panionios finished second in the group.

Kolossos Rodou hosted Panathinaikos for Greek League tenth day. In the first quarter Panathinaikos had 4/9 three pointers and Kolossos 6/8 free throws. Kolossos had 6 turnovers and 6 fouls in the first ten minutes. Kolosos Rodou was better in the second quarter with Bambale Osby leading the game. Taylor Smith gave the lead to Kolossos but James Gist with a three pointer and a dunk finished the first half with Panathinaikos ahead in score. James Gist had 2/2 and Mike Bramos 3/3 three pointers in the first half. Third quarter was the quarter of Ramel Curry and Stephane Lasme against Bambale Osby. For Kolossos Rodou Nestoras Kommatos and Bambale Osby had a good game, each player scored 14 points and collected 5 rebounds. Rethymno Aegean hosted Nea Kifisia for Greek League tenth day. Rethymno Aegean had a poor first quarter with 0/2 free throws, 0/3 three pointers and 5/14 two pointers. Only Damir Latovic had 3/3 shots for Rethymno Aegean in the first quarter. Nea Kifisia with better accuracy finished the first half ahead by six points. In the second quarter Giannis Kalampokis was keeping Rethymno in the game but Nea Kifisia with team play was keeping the difference. Fanis Koumpouras scored the second three pointer of Rethymno and the half time ended with the home team four points behind Nea Kifisia. Michalis Kakiouzis helped with his experience Nea Kifisia to keep the lead. Rethymno Aegean with two three pointers from Giannis Kalampokis and Damir Latovic equalized the score but Saša Vasiljević made the score of the third quarter 42-44. Nea Kifisia with Darrius Garrett started the fourth quarter with a 6-0 run. Rethymno Aegean replied with Kenny Gabriel and Fanis Koumpouras. Two minutes before the end Giannis Kalampokis equalized the score, 53-53. Kenny Gabriel and Nikos Barlos missed a shot each and there was one minute left. Damir Latovic scored only one out of two free throws, while Tsaldaris for Nea Kifisia scored both free throws. Derek Wright, Saša Vasiljević and Kenny Gabriel missed a three pointer each in the last 30 seconds and Rethymno Aegean lost by one point from Nea Kifisia. Kenny Gabriel made another double double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Melissaratos scored 6 points for Panelefsiniakos in the second quarter, while Aris scored with Pelekanos. Pelekanos scored five points in the last minute of the first half which finished with Panelefsiniakos ahead by six points. Second half started where the first ended, Athinaiou and Pelekanos playing against Panelefsiniakos. Olympiacos hosted and defeated Aries Trikala for Greek League tenth day. Olympiacos started the game with an 11-0 run and the first half finished with score 25-7. Aries Trikala didn't have any chance to win the game but to play as good as they can and enjoy basketball. The team from Trikala finished the first half with only 15 points scored. In the second half Aries Trikala managed to score 45 points and avoid a negative record or double score. With 1/19 three pointers and 13/48 two pointers you can not ask more against Euroleague champions. Giorgos Printezis finished the game with a double double, scoring 22 points and collecting 12 rebounds. Chris Evans also made a double double with 10 points and 12 rebounds. PAOK lost by Panionios for Greek League tenth day

PAOK hosted Panionios for Greek League tenth day. This was the highlight game of the day between the two teams that play in Eurocup and are in the top places of the table. Panionios started the game with full attack and tight defense. With 4/6 three pointers and 5/8 two pointers in the first quarter Panionios was leading the score with double score, 13-26. In the first half Panionios continued where it stopped in the Eurocup. The Americans of Panionios, Errick McCollum, Landon Milbourne and Carter were leading their team to a great victory. PAOK tried to return into the game but Panionios was unstoppable. Panionios reached 100 points with very precise shots, 23/30 two pointers against 15/33 of PAOK. With this victory Panionios left PAOK two points behind in the League table. Great victory for the team from Athens that showed great skills. For PAOK DJ Cooper was once more the top scorer (22 points, 6 assists) and Giorgos Bogris followed. Errick McCollum scored 26 points with 5/6 three pointers and 7/7 free throws.

Apollon Patras lost by KAOD for Greek League tenth day

Apollon Patras hosted KAOD for Greek League tenth day. Apollon had 0/6 three pointers in the first quarter but KAOD with 3/13 two pointers couldn't expect more. In a bad attacking game Apollon Patras scored its first three pointer in 17th minute with Taylor. The first half finished with KAOD having poor shot accuracy, only 1/6 three pointers and 6/23 two pointers, no chance to win the game without improving. Lenny Daniel with 6 points and 6 rebounds in the first half was close to another double double. In the last quarter the counter attacke of KAOD with Lazeric Jones took place. Jones, Cović and Bavčić made the score equal and surpassed the home team three minutes before the end. Apollon Patras took back the lead two minutes before the end but Marković with a three pointer gave his team the lead by two points and there was one minute left. Argyropoulos missed the shot for Apollon,  J'Covan Brown scored two free throws and KAOD was ahead by four points with 45 second left. Lenny Daniel with a dunk lowered the difference to two points and the game was on fire. Lazeric Jones made a turnover but Demarius Bolds and Nikos Argyropoulos missed a shot each and their team lost a game that was leading for more than 30 minutes. Daniel Lenny Daniel made another double double, as expected in the half time, with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Edin Bavčić also made a double double with 14 points and 12 rebounds.

Ikaros Chalkidas hosted and defeated Ilisiakos for Greek League tenth day. Ryan Richards started his second game with his new team really taking many shots and scoring 8 points. Richards was out in the second half but his teammates Manolopoulos, Aska and Govens had a great game with 8/13 three pointers and kept the difference above ten points. For Ilisiakos Kafkis, Kevin Anderson and DJ Stephens had a good first half. Third quarter was balanced and the fourth crucial quarter starting with the home team ahead by 14 points. In the last quarter Ilisiakos with three Greek players, Periklis Dorkofikis, Panagiotis Kafkis and Stelios Ioannou, counter attacked and lowered the difference up to one point. The veteran Gagaloudis scored two crucial points in the last thirty seconds, Mbodj scored another two and the difference was back to one point. Ryan Richards missed a shot for Ikaros Chalkidas but in the last attack Marland Smith lost two shots and the chance to win the game. Ikaros Chalkidas won a game that was leading with ease but ruined the difference in the end. Dominique Sutton collected 10 rebounds but scored 6 points and missed another double double.

Panathinaikos defeated Lokomotiv Kuban for Euroleague

Panathinaikos defeated Lokomotiv Kuban for Euroleague. Lokomotiv defeated Panathinaikos in the first game that took place in Heraklion, but the Greek champions won in Kuban and surpassed the difference of the defeat. Panathinaikos with 14/23 three pointers was unstoppable. Before the game Dimitris Diamantidis was 11th in three pointers in Euroleague. During the game the captain of Panathinaikos surpassed Louis Bullock, Drew Nicholas and Igor Rakocevic finishing 8th in three pointers. Vasilis Charalampopoulos, 16 years old, played for two minutes and collected 1 rebound.

Olympiacos defeated Siena for Euroleague

Olympiacos hosted Siena for Euroleague. The Euroleague champions had already qualified as first of their group while Siena was fighting for qualification. Olympiacos had won Siena in the first game in Italy. Siena needed the win to continue so the Italian team started better in the first half and took the lead. In the second half Olympiacos reacted and with a small run went ahead in the score but the counter attack of Siena, with Erick Green and Joshua Carter, finished the first half with the visitors ahead by 11 points. Third quarter was productive and balanced with both teams scoring 21 points. Olympiacos didn't need the victory but had an undefeated row to defend. In the fourth quarter Spanoulis, Lojeski and Perperoglou had a great game and Olympiacos scored 32 points in one quarter, winning the game in the end. Erick Greek scored 28 points and Othello Hunter collected 10 rebounds but weren't enough to win the game.

Panionios defeated Besiktas for Eurocup

Panionios hosted and defeated Besiktas for Eurocup. Besiktas had defeated Panionios in the first game in Istanbul, Turkey but the Greek team couldn't surpass the difference in the second game. Panionios started the game better and took the lead. In the first half the Greek team didn't face troubles against Besiktas but in the third quarter Colton Iverson balanced the score. Fourth quarter started with Panionios running a 7-0 partial score before Chris Lofton scored a three pointer. The American players of Panionios, Errick McCollum, Marc Carter and Landon Milbourne scored two points each and Panionios created a safe difference of nine points four minutes before the end.

Khimik Yuzhne hosted and defeated PAOK for Eurocup ninth day. PAOK had won the first game in Thessaloniki between the two teams by 8 points, but since the Greek team lost by 12 also missed the difference advantage. The home team started better the game but PAOK counter attack in the second quarter gave the Greek team the lead in the first half. Khimik replied with its own counter attack and took back the lead in the third quarter. The fourth quarter was tight with PAOK lowering the difference to 3 points but Paul Delaney was unstoppable and with ten points in the last two minutes gave his team the victory.

Tony Crocker named MVP of ninth day of the Greek Basketball League. Nea Kifisia defeated PAOK and Crocker had a crucial part in this victory with 29 points (6/7 two pointers, 3/3 three pointers, 8/10 free throws), 5 rebounds and 9 fouls drawn. This is the first time a player of Nea Kifisia is named MVP.

PAOK was ahead in score in the first half but the tiredness from of the players and the counter attack of Nea Kifisia gave the victory to the home team. Panathinaikos defeated Ikaros Chalkidas for Greek League ninth day

Panathinaikos hosted and defeated Ikaros Chalkidas for Greek League ninth day. This was the first game for Aris Lykogiannis as the new coach of Ikaros Chalkidas. In the first quarter Ikaros Chalkidas was following in score but in the second quarter the team from Chalkida didn't score for six minutes. After six minutes in the second quarter Darrin Govens stole the ball from Diamantidis and scored two points. In the second half Dimitris Diamantidis and Antonis Fotsis helped their team win easily the game. Dimitris Diamantidis collected only two rebounds but they were enough to become the fourth in rebounds in the Greek League.  The new player of Ikaros Ryan Richards  had a good game and showed that can help his team in the League. Richards scored 14 points and collected 7 rebounds. On the other hand Ante Mašić had only 3 points and 3 rebounds in 31 minutes.

Olympiacos defeated Panelefsiniakos for Greek League ninth day. Olympiacos didn't let Panelefsiniakos any chance in the game since the difference was 15 points already in the first quarter. The two Mantzaris brothers were opponents in this game with Vangelis scoring two more points than his brother. Giorgos Printezis scored 24 points and collected 10 rebounds, making a double double. For Panelefsiniakos Rob Jones and Mouhammad Faye didn't play, so Larry Turner was alone in scoring with 18 points.

Panionios hosted and defeated Kolossos Rodou for Greek League ninth day. Panionios was higher in the table from Kolossos Rodou but the team from Rhodos island wasn't an easy opponent. Panionios created a safe difference in the first and second quarter but Kolossos counter attacked and in the third quarter took the lead for a while. With succeeding in free throws in the last minutes Panionios took the victory and remained undefeated in his home. Errick McCollum didn't play much in the game so the scoring leader for Panionios was Marc Carter with 21 points and Christos Saloustros with 13 points. For Kolossos Rodou Nestoras Kommatos with 18 points and Papantoniou with 16 points were the main threat for Panionios' defense.

KAOD hosted and defeated Rethymno Aegean for Greek League ninth day. This was the a victory after three defeats in a row for KAOD. The game was tight with the two teams following each other in the score point to point. Lazeric Jones, J'Covan Brown and Nikola Marković were the leader of KAOD with 19, 17 and 18 points respectively. For Rethymno Aegean Derek Wright scored 19 points and Damir Latovic made a double double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Aries Trikala hosted and defeated Apollon Patras for Greek Basketball League ninth day. Aries Trikala was on the bottom of the table but the improving performance of Patrick Ewing Junior and the victory against PAOK cannot let other teams underestimate them. This was the third victory for Aries Trikala in the League. Lenny Daniel made another double double for Apollon Patras with 18 points and 10 rebounds but weren't enough to win the game. Demarius Bolds scored another 16 points for Apollon. For Aries Trikala Chris Evans was and Patrick Ewing Junior were the leader for one more game. Chris Evans scored 14 points and collected 8 rebounds while Patrick Ewing Junior scored 15 points and collected  9 rebounds. Marios Matalon seems improved game by game and this time scored 10 points. Kostas Flevarakis with simple moves is improving his team game by game.

Aris hosted and defeated Ilisiakos for Greek Basketball League ninth day. The first two quarters were balanced and the first half ended with Aris having a small lead of three points. In the third quarter Athinaiou and Pelekanos broaden the difference to 15 points for Aris. Ilisiakos had 1/11 three pointers and couldn't expect to follow the score till the end. The fourth quarter didn't change the difference of the third quarter and Aris won the game. Michalis Pelekanos made a double double in the game with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Aleksander Vezenkov had 10 points and 8 rebounds. For Ilisiakos DJ Stephens finished the game without scoring while Mbodj and Anderson scored 15 points each.

Panathinaikos defeated Crvena Zvezda for Euroleague

Panathinaikos hosted and defeated Crvena Zvezda for Euroleague. This was the second win for Panathinaikos against Red Star for Euroleague, after winning in extra time in Beograd. Panathinaikos was following in the score in the beginning of the game but couldn't stand another defeat. With Ramel Curry the Greek team managed and took the lead 37-34. James Gist was the next to keep Panathinaikos in game until Mike Bramos finished the game in the end. Difficult victory for Panathinaikos but still a victory. Jonas Mačiulis was injured in the game and will loose next games of Panathinaikos.

Olympiacos defeated Bayern Munich for Euroleague

Bayern Munich hosted Olympiacos for Euroleague. The Euroleague champions made their eighth straight victory in the Euroleague. Olympiacos was the second team, with Real Madrid, to be undefeated in the Euroleague and the German team has troubled with champions in the first game. This was the Euroleague debut for Vasilis Kavadas, who signed with Olympiacos few days before the game. Olympiacos had 8/14 three pointers in the first half and with a 10-0 run in the last minutes finished the first half with 9 points difference. Bayen Munich equalized the score couple times in the second quarter and counter attacked in the third quarter taking the lead with 70-67. At that point Stratos Peperoglou with six points in a row kept Olympiacos close in score. Stratos Peperoglou with 6/6 two pointer and Vasilis Spanoulis with 4/5 three pointers were the leader of Olympiacos in the third crucial quarter. Fourth quarter started with two three pointers from the young Greek players of Olympiacos, Sloukas and Mantzaris. Two minutes before the end Olympiacos reached 100 points with a free throw from Ace Law. Malcolm Delaney with two free throws equalized the score to 102-102 and there were 9,5 seconds left for Olympiacos. Bayern Munich made a foul to Dunston. Dunston scored only one free throw but Stratos Perperoglou continued his great game, collected the rebound and scored two free throws. With the score 102-105 Malcolm Delaney was again in the free throws. Delaney scored only one free throw and Schaffartzik wasn't successful in the last shot, so Olympiacos won the game with 103-105.

Ikaros Chalkidas signed Aris Lykogiannis

Ikaros Chalkidas signed its new coach Aris Lykogiannis. Ikaros has dismissed the coach that started this season, Giorgos Kalafatakis, and signed a coach that is known to the team. Lykogiannis was a coach for Ikaros when the team was playing in Kallithea. Lykogiannis was the coach that promoted Ikaros Kallitheas from B to A2 League and then from A2 to A1 Basketball League.

Nea Kifisia signed Michalis Kakiouzis

Nea Kifisia signed Michalis Kakiouzis. The 37 years old Greek veteran player is a great addition for the team of Kifisia. Kakiouzis has played among others for AEK, Aris, Montepaschi Siena, Sevilla, Efes, Virtus Roma, ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne and was member and captain of the Greek National Basketball team. In the summer of 2013 he participated in the training camp of Olympiacos and today he agreed terms with the team of Nea Kifisia. Kakiouzis will probably debut in the forthcoming game against PAOK.

Panionios defeated Neptūnas for Eurocup

Panionios defeated Neptūnas Klaipeda for Eurocup in Lithuania and covered the difference that lost in the first game. Marc Carter and Errick McCollum lead Panionios to the victory with 29 and 20 points. For Neptūnas Justas Sinica scored 19 points and Mažeika Martynas 16 points. Great victory for the Greek team which leads the group.

TED Ankara defeated PAOK for second time in Eurocup. PAOK didn't start the game since the team scored only 7 points in the first quarter and finished the first half with only 18 points. In the third and fourth quarters the Greek team only managed to lower the difference. Vladimir Golubović finished the game with a double double, 12 points and 13 rebound. Clay Tucker was the top scored for TED Ankara with 24 points and Giorgos Bogris for PAOK with 19 points.

 Valladolid released Panagiotis Vasilopoulos. The 29 years old Greek forward suffers a serious injury and his team, Valladolid, released him. Vasilopoulos thinks of quitting basketball since his knee injury is serious.

Olympiacos PAOK for Greek League fifth day

Olympiacos hosted and defeated PAOK for the fifth day of Greek Basketball League. Olympiacos and PAOK were the only two undefeated teams in the first four days. DJ Cooper and Tsairelis made PAOK finish the first quarter ahead in score by four points. Mark Payne and Margaritsis in the second quarter broadened the difference for PAOK to 11 points, 18-29. Olympiacos managed to lower the difference with Giorgos Printezis who had 17 points in the first half and finish the first half leading by one with a three pointer by Ace Law. That was the second successful three pointer for Olympiacos in the first half in 20 attempted.Giorgos Printezis made a double double with 17 points and 11 rebounds.

Panathinaikos ( 帕纳辛纳克斯篮球队) made its third and last allowed change in its roster for the first half of the Greek Basketball League. Mike Batiste in, Shang Ping (尚平) out for Greek League. Ping played 5 games in the league, average almost 5 minutes per game and scored 4 points. His 4 points were result of 2/3 two pointers and 0/1 three pointers. Ping also had one assist.

Rethymno Aegean hosted and defeated Aries Trikala for Greek Basketball League eighth day. Rethymno Aegean took the lead in the first quarter but Aries Trikala counter attacked and finished the first half 4 points ahead of Rethymno Aegean. Third quarter was balanced and Rethymno Aegean won the game with a 7-0 run in the end of the game. Rethymno Aegean had bad percentages in shooting but the team made only 10 turnovers. Kenny Gabriel scored 20 points, collected 6 rebounds and made 5 blocks. Patrick Ewing Junior made another double double with 13 points and 15 rebounds, showing that after the adaptation period is revealing his great skills.

Panionios defeated Ikaros Chalkidas for Greek League eighth day. Panionios started better the game and took a difference that kept until the end of the game. The American players of Panionios were the cornerstone of its victory. McCollum scored 17 points, Milbourne 16 and Carter 15 points. For Ikaros Chalkidas the veteran Giannis Gagaloudis scored 21 points and was the top scorer of the game. Panionios scored 10 three pointers out of 24 attempted and collected 35 rebounds, against only 17 rebounds of Ikaros Chalkidas.

PAOK hosted and defeated KAOD for Greek Basketball League eighth day. PAOK started the game influenced by the defeat by Aries Trikala. First quarter finished with an equal score and the halftime finished with KAOD leading the score by one point. PAOK counter attacked in the third quarter, which is usually the crucial quarter for the team. In the end PAOK defeated KAOD with a wide difference. DJ Cooper was the leading scorer for PAOK with 19 points and Giorgos Bogris scored 10 points and collected 9 rebounds, missing another double double. For KAOD Julian Vaughn scored 18 points and collected 7 rebounds.

Panathinaikos defeated Iisiakos for Greek Basketball League eighth day. Panathinaikos didn't face many problems against Ilisiakos since DJ Stephens was alone in scoring for the home team and finished the game with 19 points and 8 rebounds. Vlantimir Giankovits scored 19 points and Mike Batiste scored 14 points without missing any shot, 7/7 shots. Panathinaikos had 6/22 three pointers but 23/27 two pointers. Apollon Patras hosted and defeated Panelefsiniakos for Greek Basketball League eighth day. A competitive game between two good teams who want to reach the play offs. None of the teams managed to take a secure difference and the game winner was Apollon Patras due to Paul Hill Junior's free throws. Both teams weren't very accurate in free throws with Apollon having 18/30 and Panelefsiniakos 12/23, too many missed free throws in a game that ended with one point difference. Mouhammad Faye made another double double with 17 points and 14 rebounds. Lenny Daniel also made a double double with 15 points and 10 rebounds.

Aris young players played well and the team from Thessaloniki managed to follow Olympiacos for three quarters, but Olympiacos had a good last quarter and won with a difference of 33 points. Partial score in the last quarter was 34-7, while in the third quarter the partial score was 15-21. Aris attempted 5 free throws while Olympiacos had 24. For Olympiacos all twelve players scored in the game. For Aris Bochodiris didn't score but Aleksander Vezenkov had another quality game, a promising young player.
