Kolossos Rodou beat Panionios for Basket League first day. Panionios hosted Kolossos Rodou but the team from Nea Smyrni was playing with young players and could not expect to win the game. For Panionios Moraitis, Petropoulos, Billis and Stamatis scored more than 15 points but the whole team earned the respect of their fans for their effort. For Kolossos Rodou Mike James had 26 points, 9 assists and 8 rebounds while Zvoko Buljan made a double double with 17 points and 10 rebounds.
