Kolossos Rodou has announced the addition of Daniel Akin for the 2025-26 season. The 27-year-old British center, standing at 2.06m (6'9"), joins the Greek club after a season in Italy with Scafati, where he averaged 6.5 points and 4.7 rebounds in 25 appearances.

Daniel Akin was born on June 16, 1998, in London, and at 2.06m tall, he plays as a center. In 2017, he moved to the USA, where he played NCAA basketball for three colleges: UMBC (2017-21), California Baptist (2021-22), and Utah State (2022-23). In 2023, he began his professional career in France, signing with Strasbourg. Last season, Akin played in Italy for Scafati, where in 25 games, he averaged 6.3 points and 4.7 rebounds, shooting 61.3% from the field."
