Kolossos Rodou signed Demond "Tweety" Carter. The 32-year-old American guard graduated from Baylor and went undrafted in the 2010 NBA Draft. Carter started his professional career with Tulsa 66ers and has also played in Latvia for Ventspils, in Israel for Bnei HaSharon, in Croatia for Cibona Zagreb, in Czech Republic for Nymburk, in Germany for s.Oliver Würzburg, in France for ASVEL, in Lithuania for Pieno žvaigdžės, in Poland for Turów Zgorzelec and most recently back to France for ESSM Le Portel. With Portel Carter averaged 7.4 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 3.2 assists.
