DJ Cooper of PAOK named MVP of the first round of the Greek Basket League 2013-2014. DJ Cooper had the highest ranking performance in the first round, leading the assists and the steals category. DJ Cooper collected 41 votes in the poll, with Errick McCollum of Panionios being second with 35 votes. Vasilis Spanoulis with 5 votes was third, Stephane Lasme fourth, Patrick Ewing Junior and James Gist in the fifth place. One vote for Geremy Granger, Demarius Bolds and Julian Vaughn.
