Olympiacos hosted Siena for Euroleague. The Euroleague champions had already qualified as first of their group while Siena was fighting for qualification.
Olympiacos had won Siena in the first game in Italy. Siena needed the win to continue so the Italian team started better in the first half and took the lead. In the second half Olympiacos reacted and with a small run went ahead in the score but the counter attack of Siena, with Erick Green and Joshua Carter, finished the first half with the visitors ahead by 11 points. Third quarter was productive and balanced with both teams scoring 21 points. Olympiacos didn't need the victory but had an undefeated row to defend. In the fourth quarter Spanoulis, Lojeski and Perperoglou had a great game and Olympiacos scored 32 points in one quarter, winning the game in the end. Erick Greek scored 28 points and Othello Hunter collected 10 rebounds but weren't enough to win the game.
