Apollon Patras sign Giorgos Diamantakos
Apollon Patras sign Giorgos Diamantakos. The 21 years old Greek center started his career from Spartiatikos and in 2012 he moved to Panathinaikos. In 2015 he moved to Turkey for Darüşşafaka and then went on loan to Kifisia. Apollon Patras had agreed terms with the player in November 2015, but due to transfer
regulations this transfer was cancelled and the player moved to Croatia
for GKK Šibenik. He is a member of Greece U16, U18 and U20 national teams.

Diamantakos back to Kifisia cannot move to Apollon
Kifisia had agreed and Diamantakos moved to Apollon Patras but the transfer seems to stuck in transfers' rules. In Basket League Greece one team can give or accept only one player from another league team and Kifisia has already given Mavroeidis to AEK. The deal is stuck although Kifisia does not count on Diamantakos and Apollon is in need of the player.
