As a rookie he played for Erdemir Spor Kulübü in Turkey and then moved to Belgium for Leuven and Charleroi. Darden moved to another continent for the Melbourne South Dragons before returning to Europe and France for Strasbourg and Nancy. Next teams were Unicaja Malaga in Spain, ŽalgirisKaunas in Lithuania and finally Real Madrid in Spain. With Real Madrid he played 31 games for the Euroleague and had 5.7 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.
