Panathinaikos was improved than the group phase and with 10/21 three pointers and 39 rebounds won the game with a difference. For the winners James Gist scored 12 points and Roko Leni Ukić 11 points. Stephane Lasme collected 13 rebounds and Dimitris Diamantidis served 11 assists. For Armani Milano Gentile scored 14 points and Langford 11 points.
