Before Ikaros Chalkidas Manolopoulos played for Kavala BC, Peristeri BC, two years for Kolossos Rodou, AEL and PAOK in Greece. Manolopoulos has also played in Spain for Mallorca, Palencia Baloncesto and Gestiberica Ciudad de Vigo.
