Panathinaikos sign Patrick Sean "Pat" Calathes. The 31 years old Greek American penned an one year contract and returns to the Greens after 2011-2012 season. Calathes graduated from Saint Joseph and started his professional career in Greece with Marousi, after he went undrafted in 2008 NBA Draft. After a year in Marousi he moved to Kolossos Rodou and then to Panathinaikos. In 2012 Calathes moved to Israel for Maccabi Haifa and in 2013 he moved to Astana where he played in the last three seasons. In his last season with Astana Calathes averaged 12.5 points, 8.2 rebounds and 2.2 asissts per game.Monday, August 1, 2016
