Ionikos Nikaias (A2 League) signed Angelo Tsagkarakis. The 34-year-old Greek-French graduated from Cal Poly Pomona and went undrafted in the 2008 NBA Draft. Tsagarakis started his professional career in France with JL Bourg-en-Bresse and continued with Paris-Levallois. He has played professional basketball only in France, with Châlons Reims, SOMB Boulogne-sur-Mer, and JA Vichy. iN 2014 Tsagarakis won the LNB Pro B champion with SOMB Boulogne-sur-Mer. In the last two seasons, Tsagarakis played in Greece for Trikala and Kymi. In 22 games with Trikala, he averaged 10.1 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.2 assists, while in 27 games with Kymi he averaged 6.9 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 1.2 assists.

Tsagarakis started his professional career in France with JL Bourg-en-Bresse and continued with Paris-Levallois. He has played professional basketball only in France, with Châlons Reims, SOMB Boulogne-sur-Mer, and JA Vichy. iN 2014 Tsagarakis won the LNB Pro B champion with SOMB Boulogne-sur-Mer. In his last season with JA Vichy Tsagarakis averaged 11.3 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.
