Peristeri lands Giannis Agravanis

Peristeri lands Giannis Agravanis. The 19-year-old Greek forward will play for Peristeri on loan from AEK for the next season. Agravanis started his career with Doukas and signed with AEK in 2017. He is a member of the Greece U20 national team.

AEK sign Giannis Agravanis

AEK sign Giannis Agravanis. The 19 years old Greek forward penned a three years contract. Agravanis is the younger brother of Dimitris Agravanis of Olympiacos and he played for Doukas in the A2 League. He is member of the Greece U20 national team.

AS Karditsa sign Stefan Djordjevic

AS Karditsa sign Stefan Djordjevic. The 28 years old Serbian center most recently played in Bosnia and Herzegovina with Spars Sarajevo, averaging 16 points and 6.6 rebounds per game in 10 games. In the previous season Djordjevic played with Faros Keratsiniou in the A2 League of Greece, averaging 9 points and 3.8 rebounds. The Serbian has also played in Montenegro for Teodo Tivat, in Spain for Torrelodones, in Serbia for Smederevo, in Bosnia for Sutjeska, and in Greece for Doukas, OFI BC, and Arkadikos.

AEK sign Nikos Ragkavopoulos


AEK sign Nikos Ragkavopoulos. The 16 years old Greek guard/forward penned a six years contract until 2023. Doukas played for the youth team of Doukas that won the Greek U18 Championship. Ragkavopoulos is 2.02 meters high.

Nick Pavlos on loan to Pagrati

Nick Pavlos will play on loan to Pagrati. The young Greek-American player will continue to play in the A2 Basket League on loan from AEK. Pavlos penned a two years contract with AEK in 2015 and played on loan with Doukas in the previous season. With Doukas, in 23 games he averaged 6.6 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per game.

Doukas agreed terms with Savvas Symeonidis

Doukas (A2 League) agreed terms with coach Savvas Symeonidis. The 46 years old Greek coach had worked for nine teams in local leagues, C and B national leagues with Doukas being the second A2 team he managed, after Dafni in 2006-2007 season. The first game of the new coach will be a tough challenge against undefeated Faros Keratsiniou.

Two buzzer beaters in the cup game between Doukas and Promitheas

Promitheas beat and eliminated Doukas from the Greek Cup 2015-2016 in a great game where each team scored a buzzer beater three pointer in the last two seconds of the game. Fanis Koumpouras (#6) scored an incredible three pointers while Doukas fans and players were cheering for their shot.

Korivos Amaliadas signed Panos Filippakos

Korivos Amaliadas signed Panos Filippakos. The young Greek forward signed a three years contract. Filippakos was training with the team and the coach Haris Markopoulos is satisfied with the player. In 2011-2012 Filippakos won the school championship with Doukas College and then he played with Doukas mens teams and with Psyhiko in the A2 division.
