Kastoria signed Aliaksandr Pustahvar. The 33-year-old Belorussian forward has played professionally in Russia for Avtodor, Dynamo Moscow, Novosybirsk, Sojuz Zaretchny and BC Nizhny Novgorod, in Ukraine for Polit-Halychyna, in Romania for Targu Mures and Medias, and in Belarus for Tsmoki-Minsk. In the last two seasons Pustahvar played in Hungary for Falco-Vulcano where he averaged 7.3 points and 3 rebounds per game.

The 30 years old guard graduated from Vanderbilt and then moved to Europe where he played in Turkey for Oyak Bursa and Yesilgiresun Belediye, in Germany for Eisbaren Bremerhaven , in France for JSF Nanterre and in the previous season he player for Afyonkarahisar Belediye and Tsmoki-Minsk. With Afyonkarahisar he averaged 24.2 points and 8 assists per game.

Trikala signed Reger Dowell. The 24 years old American guard graduated from Texas Arlington where he finished with the second-highest single-season point total (608) in UTA history, averaging 20.6 points per game in his senior year. In the previous season he played in Belarus Premier League and Eurochallenge for Tsmoki-Minsk and in Argentina for Penarol.
