Holargos signed Toarlyn Fitzpatrick. The 29-year-old American forward started his professional career in Belgium for Kangoeroes Basket Willebroek where he averaged 7.8 points and 4.1 rebounds per game. In 2014 Fitzpatrick joined Apollon Patras where he averaged 11.3 points and 7.3 rebounds in 26 games. In the next season Fitzpatrick moved to Germany for  Tigers Tübingen and in 2016 he returned to Greece for Rethymno Cretan Kings. With Rethymno, he averaged 12.2 points and 6.8 rebounds per game. After Rethymno Fitzpatrick moved to Japan where he played for Akita Northern Happinets and Cyberdyne Ibaraki Robots.

Lavrio sign DJ Shelton. The 25 years old American forward graduated from Washington State and went undrafted in the 2014 NBA Draft. Shelton started his career in Belgium with Kangoeroes Basket Willebroek, where he averaged 14.8 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. Shelton started the previous season in Italy for Consultinvest Pesaro and finished it in Turkey for Akhisar Belediyespor. In October 2016 D.J. Shelton tried out with the Reno Bighorns, but he was waived by the team in mid November.

Panelefsiniakos signed Reeves Nelson. The 24 years old American forward started his career with the UCLA Bruins and then moved to Europe. He played in Lithuania for Žalgiris Kaunas, then he returned to USA and the NBA D-League for Los Angeles D-Fenders and Delaware 87ers. After a short break in Mexico for the Fuerza Guinda de Nogales and in Belgium for the Kangoeroes Basket Willebroek he played in Israel for Maccabi Raanana.
