Lavrio sign DJ Shelton. The 25 years old American forward graduated from Washington State and went undrafted in the 2014 NBA Draft. Shelton started his career in Belgium with Kangoeroes Basket Willebroek, where he averaged 14.8 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. Shelton started the previous season in Italy for Consultinvest Pesaro and finished it in Turkey for Akhisar Belediyespor. In October 2016 D.J. Shelton tried out with the Reno Bighorns, but he was waived by the team in mid November.

After a year in Belgium Johnson played for the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the NBA D-League. In the next two seasons Johnson played in France, the first season with Champagne Châlons-Reims Basket and the second with Hyères-Toulon Var Basket. In the previous season he returned the Belgium and Okapi Aalstar, where he averaged 13 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists per game.

Lavrio sign Christoforos Stefanidis. The 26 years old Greek guard penned an one year contract with Lavrio and continues in Basket League. Stefanidis has played for Palaio Faliro, Marousi, Kavala, Kolossos Rodou and Arkadikos.

Demarius Bolds renews with Lavrio. The 32 years old American will play his third season in Greece, after one season with Apollon Patras and one with Lavrio. Bolds signed with Lavrio in December and helped his team to avoid relegation. In 16 games Bolds averaged 15.94 points, 3.69 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.5 steals.
