Ionikos Nikaias signed Roeland Schaftenaar. The newly promoted to A2 League team announced the 30-year-old Dutch international forward. Schaftenaar started his professional career in Spain with La Palma and has also played for Breogán. In 2014 Schaftenaar moved to Greece for Rethymno where he played for three seasons and in the last season, he played for Faros Larisas.

AEK and Yannick Franke part ways
AEK and Yannick Franke part ways. The 20 years old Dutch player agreed terms with Promitheas, but the two sides didn't make it official, so he penned a three years contract with AEK. Franke and AEK parted ways one and a half months later, since the young Dutch didn't play any official game with the club.

AEK sign Yannick Franke
AEK sign Yannick Franke for three years. The 20 years old Dutch guard agreed terms with Promitheas in September but the two sides parted ways before signing a contract. Franke started his professional career with Zorg en Zekerheid Leiden. In
2013 Franke moved to Challenge Sports Rotterdam and in his second year
he became the youngest scoring champion in the history of the Dutch DBL,
averaging 19.6 points per game. In the next season Franke moved to
Donar Groningen, which was his last team in the Netherlands as in the
next season he moved to Finland for Bisons Loimaa. With Bisons Loimaa
Franke averaged 15.7 points, 5 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. Franke
was a member of the Netherlands National Basketball team that
participated in the Eurobasket 2017 Qualifications, averaging 9.8
points, 3 rebounds and 1 assist per game in the tournament.

Korivos sign Devon Van Oostrum
Korivos sign Devon Van Oostrum. The 23 years old British Dutch guard signed for Arkadikos on loan from Laboral Kutxa a year ago. With Arkadikos Van Oostrum averaged 9.4 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game, being the second top scorer of his team.

Lavrio signed Jito Kok. The 22 years old Dutch graduated from San Diego where he played for the San Diego Toreros, averaging 7.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game in his last season.

Rethymno released Charlon Kloof
Rethymno released Charlon Kloof. The 25 years old Surinamese-Dutch agreed terms with Rethymno before Eurobasket 2015 and played 13 games in Basket League Greece 2015-2016 averaging 10.6 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.15 assists and 1.12 steals per game.

Roeland Schaftenaar renews with Rethymno Aegean
Roeland Schaftenaar renews with Rethymno Aegean. The Dutch player started good but had an eye surgery and was out of action for two months. His contract was renewed for two more years and will play again tomorrow against PAOK.

Rethymno Aegean signed Roeland Schaftenaar
Rethymno Aegean signed Roeland Schaftenaar. The 26 years old Dutch will replace Brian Fitzpatrick. Schaftenaar is 2.11m high and graduated from Oregon State. After graduation the Dutch center played four years in the second division of Spain, two years for UB La Palma and two years for CB Breogán. Schaftenaar is member of the National basketball team of Netherlands.
