Kuzmic and Pavlović waved Panathinaikos

Ognjen Kuzmic and Aleksandar Pavlović waved Panathinaikos. The Serbian and the Montenegrin player were not registered for the Basket League Play Offs and after the elimination from the Euroleague Final Four they waved the club. Both of them were choices of the former coach of Panathinaikos, Sasha Djordjevic, and their poor performance was something that counted in the termination of the Serbian coach's contract.

Panathinaikos fired Sasa Djordjevic

Panathinaikos fired Sasa Djordjevic. The Serbian coach was released by the Greens after the third defeat by Laboral Kutxa for the Euroleague 2015-2016 Play Offs. Djordjevic agreed terms with Panathinaikos in June 2015 with the goal to bring back the team to the Euroleague Final Four.
