Olympiacos was undefeated in the Euroleague and started the game better than Armani Milano, with Simmons and Printezis leading the first quarter. Armani Milano counter attacked and the first half finished with the home team leading the score by 7 points. The Italian team played tight defense on Vasilis Spanoulis and with Keith Langford having a great game broadened the difference to 23 points in the end of the third quarter. The third quarter was a disaster for Olympiacos with the partial score to be 24-8. Olympiacos didn't manage to lower the difference and lost by 30 points.
