Kymi sign Manolis Koukoulas. The 25 years old Greek center started his career with Ilisiakos in 2009. Koukoulas has also played for Básquet Coruña in Spain, Trikala, Panionios, and Kolossos Rodou in Greece.

Kymi sign Kostov Cavdar. The 28 years old Bulgarian started his career in Bulgaria with Lukoil Academic where he played for five years. In 2010 Chavdar moved to Greece for Kavala. He has also played for Levski Sofia in Bulgaria and UBC Güssing Knights in Austria. In the previous season Chavdar played for Kavala and averaged 12.8 points and 5.4 rebounds per game, the top scorer of Kavala for the Basket League.

Kymi sign Ogo Adegboye

Kymi sign Ogo Adegboye. The 29 years old British guard started his professional career in Cyprus with APOEL. In 2013 Adegboye moved to Greece for Kifisia, and in the next season he moved to Aris, where he played for the whole season. After a good season with Aris Adegboye moved to Italy where he played for Vanoli Cremona, Juvecaserta Basket and Viola Reggio Calabria.

Kymi and Psathas part ways

Kymi and Giannis Psathas part ways. The 33 years old Greek forward parted ways with Kymi without playing a games for the BasketLeague, and will probably continues his career with Doxa Lefkadas. Psathas started his career with Achileas Triandias and has also played for ICBS, Chalkida, Panerythraikos, Rethymno, Apollon Patras, Psychiko, and Kifissia.

Trevor Releford returns to Kolossos Rodou

Trevor Releford returns to Kolossos Rodou. The 24 years old American returns to the BasketLeague Greece and Kolossos to replace Devion Berry who was waived by the club after only two games. Releford joined Kolossos in August 2015 played 26 games with Kolossos for the BasketLeague 2015-2016, averaging 13.88 points, 4 assists, 3.1 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game. Releford was the top scorer of Kolossos for the BasketLeague 2015-2016 and he was named MVP of the BasketLeague 2015-2016 Second Round. Releford was one of the 34 players that did not miss a single game of the 26 regular season games, he made it to the best players in points scored (3rd), in assists (4th), in steals (2nd), in PIR (4th), and in turnovers (5th). He started this season in Israel for Maccabi Kiryat Gat.

Kolossos waived Davion Berry

Kolossos waived Davion Berry. The 25 years old American joined Kolossos in August 2016. Berry played two games with Kolossos for the BasketLeague Greece, scored 15 points against Rethymno and 17 points against PAOK, counting 12/15 free throws, 2/9 two pointers and 6/11 three pointers. Berry also played one cup game against Olympiacos.

AEK sign Yannick Franke

AEK sign Yannick Franke for three years. The 20 years old Dutch guard agreed terms with Promitheas in September but the two sides parted ways before signing a contract. Franke started his professional career with Zorg en Zekerheid Leiden. In 2013 Franke moved to Challenge Sports Rotterdam and in his second year he became the youngest scoring champion in the history of the Dutch DBL, averaging 19.6 points per game. In the next season Franke moved to Donar Groningen, which was his last team in the Netherlands as in the next season he moved to Finland for Bisons Loimaa. With Bisons Loimaa Franke averaged 15.7 points, 5 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. Franke was a member of the Netherlands National Basketball team that participated in the Eurobasket 2017 Qualifications, averaging 9.8 points, 3 rebounds and 1 assist per game in the tournament.

Kymi and Giorgos Limniatis part ways. The 45 years old Greek coach left the club where he worked as the assistant coach of Vasilis Bratsiakos, due to personal reasons.

Aris sign Tadija Dragićević. The 30 years old Serbian forward penned an one year contract with Aris to replace the injured Viktor Sanikidze. Dragicevic started his career with Crvena zvezda, where he played six seasons and he was named ABA League MVP of the year 2008. After Crvena Zvezda Dragicevic played in Italy Lottomatica Roma and Angelico Biella, in Germany for ALBA Berlin, in Ukraine for BC Azovmash, in Turkey for Anadolu Efes, in France for Strasbourg IG, and in the previous season in Montenegro fro Budućnost Podgorica. Dragicevic drafted 53rd overall in the 2008 NBA Draft by the Utah Jazz.

Thanasis Papachatzis is Hoops Lebanon new coach. The 47 years old Greek coach has worked as a head coach for APOEL in Cyprus, Lokomotiv in Russia, Aris, Panionios, and Apollon Patras in Greece.

Apollon Patras agreed terms with Anthony Hickey

Apollon Patras agreed terms with Anthony Hickey. The 23 years old American guard graduated from Oklahoma State. Hickey played played three years college basketball for the LSU Tigers and one year for the Oklahoma State Cowboys. After going undrafted in the 2015 NBA Draft Hickey started his professional career in Poland with Asseco Gdynia, where he averaged 14.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game. Hickey started this season in Cyprus with AEK Larnaca but played only two games before moving to Apollon Patras. Hickey replaces Chris Jones, who was waived by the club after two games.

Apollon Patras sign Čedomir Vitkovac. The 33 years old Serbian forward penned an one month contract with Apollon. Vitkovac has played for Napredak, Crvena zvezda, Vojvodina Srbijagas, and Partizan in Serbia, for Budućnost Podgorica in Montenegro and Igokea in Bosnia.

Apollon Patras waived Chris Jones

Apollon Patras waived Chris Jones. The 25 years old American signed with Apollon in August, but played only one game for the Basket League Greece, scoring 13 points against AEK. His contract was terminated due to disciplinary issues.

AEK sign Randal Falker

AEK sign Randal Falker. The 31 years old American forward/center graduated from Southern Illinois and went undrafted in the 2008 NBA Draft. Falker penned an one year contract with AEK and replaced Josh Owens. Falker started his professional career in France with Cholet, where he played for four seasons. In 2012 Falker moved to Turkey and Beşiktaş for one season and returned in France for SLUC Nancy Basket, where he played for three seasons. With Besiktas Falker averaged 2.4 points and 3.2 rebounds in 11 games. In his first season with Nancy Falker averaged 10.9 points and 9.4 rebounds in 37 games, and he was named French League Foreign Player's MVP for the year 2014. In his last season with Nancy Falker averaged 8.9 points and 9.2 rebounds in 38 games.

AEK waived Josh Owens

AEK waived Josh Owens. The 27 years old American penned a contract with AEK in June 2016, but was waived by the club on October 10th 2016. Owens played two official games with AEK, one for the Cup (4p) and one for the League (2p). Owens agreed terms to continue his career in Turkey with Pınar Karşıyaka. AEK replaced Owens with Randal Falker.

Iraklio signed Damir Latovic

Iraklio signed Damir Latovic. The 36 years old Serbian forward returned to Iraklio, which was his first Greek team, after leaving Elektra Šoštanj in 2003. Latović has also played for Rethymno, Kolossos Rodou, Pagrati, Psychiko and Ethnikos in Greece and KK Millenium Strumica in FYROM.

Trikala sign David Haughton

Trikala sign David Haughton. The 25 years old American forward / center graduated from Purchace. After going undrafted in the 2014 NBA Draft Haughton started his career in Estonia with BC Rakvere Tarvas. In the previous season with Tarvas Haughton averaged 10.1 points and 7.1 rebounds in 32 games for the Estonian League (Korvpalli Meistriliiga) and 9.1 points and 8.7 rebounds in 14 games for the Baltic Basketball League.

Promitheas waived Eli Carter

Promitheas Patron waived Eli Carter. The American rookie penned his first professional contract with Promitheas in July 2016 but he was waived by the team after having played only couple games for the Greek Cup, where Promitheas was eliminated by Korivos. Promitheas replaced Carter with the more experienced Rashad Anderson.

Promitheas sign Rashad Shaheed Anderson. The 32 years old American player replaced Eli Carter that was released by the club. Anderson graduated from Connecticut where he played professional basketball for the Connecticut Huskies. After going undrafted in the 2006 NBA Draft Anderson started his professional career in Greece with Egaleo BC, where he averaged 14.1 points and 2.7 rebounds per game. Since then Anderson has played in many countries and clubs, such as in Italy for Livorno, Udine, and Cremona, in Lebanon for Al Riyadi, in Iran for Zob Ahan Isfahan, in Lavtia for Ventspils, in Cyprus for Paralimni and in France for Le Havre. In the previous season Anderson played in Hungary for MAFC, averaging 24.3 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.

Psyhiko sign Giannis Sinis

Psyhiko sign Giannis Sinis. The 25 years old Greek forward graduated from San Diego where he played college basketball for the San Diego Toreros. Sinis started his professional career in 2013 with Rethymno, where he played for two seasons. In 2015 Sinis moved to Kavala, but due to a serious injury he missed all 2015-2016 season.
