KAOD beat Nea Kifisia for Basket League twenty fourth day
KAOD beat Nea Kifisia for Basket League Greece 2014-2015 twenty fourth day. Another great victory for KAOD, securing play offs while Nea Kifisia is not the team we liked to watch in the first round. For the winners Manolis Papamakarios scored 16 points with 4 three pointers. Rob Loe had 5 points and 9 rebounds, Guy-Marc Michel made 4 blocks, Rod Odom collected 5 offensive rebounds and 8 in total. For Nea Kifisia Dimitris Mavroeidis had 17 points and 8 rebounds. Nikos Barlos, Xavier Silas and Giannis Psathas collected 7 rebounds each. Nea Kifisia made 19 turnovers, had 7 team assists and 1/14 three pointers.

Rethymno Aegean beat Nea Kifisia for Basket League twenty second day
Rethymno Aegean hosted and beat Nea Kifisia for Basket League Greece 2014-2015 twenty second day. Nea Kifisia was leading the game in the first half. The visitors began with an 11-2 run but in the second half Vincent Council and Fanis Koumpouras balanced the score. Rethymno Aegean created a secure difference, 57-47. In the last seconds Nea Kifisia approached to 60-58, but could not steal the victory. For the winners Damian Hollis in his debut was the top scorer with 12 points (9/10 free throws). Faye had 0/5 three pointers but scored 8 points, collected 6 rebounds and served 4 assists. Roeland Schaftenaar collected 6 rebounds, Fanis Koumpouras scored 11 points. Apollon Patras beat Nea Kifisia for Greek Cup semi finals
Apollon Patras beat Nea Kifisia for Greek Cup semi finals and qualified to the Greek Cup Final for the first time after 1997. Apollon Patras qualified to the final but its opponent is not known, since the game between Panathinaikos and Olympiacos was cancelled upon sports judge's decision. The game started better for Nea Kifisia but Apollon Patras managed to counter attack and be more focused in the last crucial minute. For Apollon Patras Toarly Fitzpatrick scored 25 points with 6/8 three pointers and collected 7 rebounds. Brandon Penn had 11 points but 9 of them where in the third period where he helped his team to counter attack. Kevin Galloway had 8 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. For Nea Kifisia Uros Duvnjak had 17 points, Petros Melissaratos had 13 points and 10 rebounds, Nikos Liakopoulos had 10 points and 6 assists. Nikos Barlos had 16 point against the team that had almost agreed terms a month ago. The referees wrote down in game sheet the bad behaviour of Nea Kifisia's coach Elias Papatheodorou after the final whistle.

Nea Kifisia beat Aries Trikala for Basket League eighth day
Aries Trikala hosted Nea Kifisia for Basket League eighth day. The home team took the lead in score by 10-5 and 13-7 but Nea Kifisia counter attacked and finished first quarter ahead by 7 points, 21-28. Adnan Hodžić had 10 points in the first quarter. Nea Kifisia preserved the score difference until the end and beat Trikala in their home for second year in a row. Aries Trikala have the best offense of the Basket League but also have the second worse defense of the League so they count three consecutive home defeats. For the home team Adnan Hodžić had 20 points and 8 rebounds, Justin Ingram had 17 points, Nate Bowie had 13 points and 6 assists. For the winners all players scored. Nea Kifisia signed Nikos Barlos
Nea Kifisia signed Nikos Barlos. The 35 years old Greek player was searching for his new team, first he agreed terms with Panionios but he did not played for the club since it failed to get a valid license on time, and the player was in talks with Apollon Patras and Rethymno Aegean. Finally Barlos agreed terms and signed a new contract with Nea Kifisia where he was playing in the previous season.

Panionios agreed terms with Nikos Barlos
Panionios and Nikos Barlos agreed terms. The experienced forward played for Nea Kifisia in the previous season and was playing for Panionios for two seasons between 2010-2012. Barlos had played for Apollon Patras, Olympiacos, AEK and Aris in Greece and for Brescia in Italy. Barlos did not play for Panionios since the team failed to get a valid license and then the player returned to Nea Kifisia.

PAOK beat Nea Kifisia for for Greek League play offs round one
PAOK beat Nea Kifisia for for Greek Basket League play offs round one. PAOK faced problems to win Nea Kifisia that was very competitive and led the score by 17-20. DJ Cooper with 20 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists was the best player of PAOK and the leader of his team. Kostas Charalampidis added 15 points and Vangelis Margaritis 10 points and 5 rebounds. For Nea Kifisia Nikos Liakopoulos had 14 points, Nikos Barlos 15 points, Ogo Adegboye 10 points and Dimitris Tsaldaris 12 points. Tough victory for PAOK that made 1-0 in the play offs in its home.

For Olympiacos Spanoulis, Dunston and Sloukas were not available and Nea Kifisia managed to lead the score in the first quarter and when Olympiacos took the lead the home team didn't allow them to broaden the difference. Nea Kifisia hosted and beat Panionios for Greek Basket League 17th day. Panionios started better and was leading first quarter but Nea Kifisia took the lead in the second quarter and kept it until the end. Nea Kifisia was poor in three pointer, only 2/15 but was more accurate than Panionios in two pointers and free throws. Nea Kifisia had 22/28 free throws while Panionios had 6/16. For Panionios Errick McCollum scored 19 points, Marc Carter had 13 points and 6 rebounds, Landon Milbourne 15 points and 4 rebounds. Nea Kifisia had a more team play with Saša Vasiljević having 15 points, Tony Crocker 13 points and eight more players scoring at least two points.

Kolossos Rodou hosted and defeated Nea Kifisia for Greek League eighth day. This was the third victory in a row for Kolossos Rodou and the first with the new coach Dimitris Priftis. Bambale Osby and Aggelos Tsamis were the best players for Kolossos against Tony Crocker, Ogo Adegboye and the veteran Nikos Barlos for Nea Kifisia.

Ilisiakos defeated Nea Kifisia
Ilisiakos hosted Nea Kifisia in a game where the winner would leave the loser last in the table. The veteran Nikos Barlos helped his team took the lead in the first quarter, where Nea Kifisia was ahead with 18-26. DJ Stephens and Petrodimopoulos scored in the second quarter and the first half finished with the two teams close in score, 37-39. Third quarter was competitive as well and the score remained balanced. Ilisiakos with Kevin Anderson scoring better in the last quarter, turned the game upside down and finally won it by 6 points, 71-65. Great come back for Ilisiakos in a crucial home game. Tony Crocker and Tony Woods both finished the game with a double double, 11 points and 10 rebounds for Crocker, 14 points and 11 rebounds for Woods.

KAOD defeats Nea Kifisia for Basketball League
Nea Kifisia hosted and lost by KAOD for the first home game of the newly promoted team. The newly promoted team started the first half good and was ahead in score but KAOD dominated last 15 minutes and won the game. Nea Kifisia starting five were Liakopoulos, Crocker, Sioutis, Woods and Barlos. KAOD starting five were Lareric, Polk, Vaughn, Markovic and Chrysikopoulos. First quarter was great for Nea Kifisia who finished it leading the score by 29-18. KAOD tightened its defense in the second quarter and lowered the difference to 7 points, 47-40. In the third quarter KAOD made a counter attack and on 36' Markovic balanced the score to 49-49. KAOD team play, since 10 players have scored, gave results. KAOD finished the third quarter ahead by 3, 59-62. KAOD played against Garret in the beginning of the last quarter, when Garrett scored 4 points after 5 points from KAOD. Christian Polk with two three pointers in a row gave KAOD an 8 points lead, 6 minutes before the end. Tony Crocker was trying to keep Nea Kifisia in the game but Polk was bombing three pointers and the difference reached 12 points, 67-79. KAOD scored 12 three pointers and had 6/6 fast breaks. Christian Polk in the third and fourth quarter and Linos Chrysikopoulos were the cornerstone of KAOD's victory. For Nea Kifisia Tony Crocker and Darrin Garrett scored 42 points together but weren't enough to win the game.
