Nea Kifisia hosted AEK for Basket League seventh day. Nea Kifisia was leading the score in the first quarter but AEK counter attacked and was leading the score in the half time. Dimitris Mavroeidis finished first half with 12 points but his team had made 10 turnovers. Second half was balanced since each team scored 20 points in the third quarter and 19 points in the last quarter. AEK celebrated its second victory after the return of coach Dragan Sakota. For Nea Kifisia Dimitris Mavroeidis made another double double with 29 points and 10 rebounds. Nea Kifisia hosted and beat Apollon Patras for Basket League fourth day. Nea Kifisia continued with impressive victories and remains in the top of the League table. With Michalis Kakiouzis making a double double with 12 points and 13 rebounds and 10 of its players scoring the home team won Apollon Patras who had its foreign players in a bad day. Besides Kakiouzis for Nea Kifisia Nikos Liakopoulos had 8 points and 4 assists, Cade Davis had 10 points and 7 rebounds, Giannis Psathas had 8 crucial points and Uros Duvnjak had 5 points and 5 rebounds. For Apollon Patras Muhammad El-Amin had 22 points and Toarlyn Fitzpatrick had 7 points and 7 rebounds. Brandon Penn had 0/7 three pointers but also had 8 rebounds. Kevin Galloway didn't score and Apollon Patras' coach Vetoulas charged him for not being focused in the game.

With Dimitris Mavroeidis making a double double with 20 points and 12 rebounds and the 38 years old Michalis Kakiouzis scoring 16 points and collecting 6 rebounds Nea Kifisia beat Panelefsiniakos in Elefsina and continued its winning streak. For Panelefsiniakos only Frank Robinson with 18 points and 6 rebounds and Nikola Markovic with 13 points were a threat for Nea Kifisia's defense. For Nea Kifisia besides Mavroeidis and Kakiouzis, Nikos Liakopoulos with 11 points, Dimitris Tsaldaris with 10 points and Cade Davis with 7 rebounds were in a good day.

Nea Kifisia hosted and beat Aris for Greek Cup round three. The home team based on the experience of Michalis Kakiouzis and Dimitris Mavroeidis won Aris who got score by Muhamed Pašalić, Reed and Thomas but not from Vezenkov as expected. Torey Thomas lost the last shot and the chance for an extra time and Nea Kifisia qualified to the quarter finals of the Greek Basketball Cup.

PAOK started better and was leading the score for three quarters but Nea Kifisia managed to balance the game and equalize it in the end. The game went to extra time where PAOK won by nine points. Kolossos won the first round game in Rodos island by three points, but now Kolossos is fighting to avoid relegation while Nea Kifisia is in play offs position. First quarter was balanced but in the second quarter Nea Kifisia created a difference of 9 points. Nea Kifisia had 5/12 three pointers in the first half, while Kolossos Rodou had 2/8. Kolossos Rodou started better in the second half and with a 2-7 run managed to lower the difference but at the end of the third quarter the difference was back to 9 points, 63-54. Again in the last quarter the visitors tried to win the game but Nea Kifisia found solutions and won the game plus covered the difference of the first round game. Top scorers for Nea Kifisia Giannis Psathas and Ogo Adegboye with 14 points each. Giannis Psathas also had 8 rebounds and 5 steals. The veteran Michalis Kakiouzis helped with 11 points and 7 rebounds and Saša Vasiljević didn't score but served 9 assists. Nea Kifisia broadened by one point its lead in the third quarter but in the crucial last one Aris made a 9-0 run and approached in 6 points. Aris was trying to turn the game on its side but Dimitris Tsaldaris with a three pointer in the last minute gave his team 9 points lead and secured the victory. KAOD reacted in the second quarter and with an 8-0 run equalized the score from 17-25 to 25-25. The first half finished with Nea Kifisia ahead by one points, 32-33. Olympiacos hosted and defeated Nea Kifisia for Greek League twelfth day. Nea Kifisia started the game with a 9-1 run with 3/3 three pointers, 2/2 by the veteran Michalis Kakiouzis. The first quarter finished with the team of Nea Kifisia ahead in score by 4 points and finished the first half leading the score by one point, 32-33. Nea Kifisia had 5/13 three pointers in the first half while Olympiacos had 1/10. Darrius Garrett with 7 points and 6 rebounds and Tony Crocker with 9 points were the leaders of AENK in the first half. For Olympiacos Bryant Dunston had 10 points and 5 rebounds in the first half. Kakiouzis with another three pointer, 3/3 up to that moment, reached 11 points and kept the lead for his team in the third quarter. Olympiacos made an 8-2 run in the end of the third quarter and finished it leading the score, for the first time after early first quarter. In the last quarter Nea Kifisia made a counter attack with Liakopoulos and Tsaldaris but Olympiacos with Sloukas, Mantzaris and Spanoulis managed to win the game. Tight victory for Olympiacos and a good game for Nea Kifisia. Vasilis Spanoulis finished the game with 13 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Nea Kifisia signed Michalis Kakiouzis

Nea Kifisia signed Michalis Kakiouzis. The 37 years old Greek veteran player is a great addition for the team of Kifisia. Kakiouzis has played among others for AEK, Aris, Montepaschi Siena, Sevilla, Efes, Virtus Roma, ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne and was member and captain of the Greek National Basketball team. In the summer of 2013 he participated in the training camp of Olympiacos and today he agreed terms with the team of Nea Kifisia. Kakiouzis will probably debut in the forthcoming game against PAOK.
