Harris has also played in Turkey with Turk Telekom and NSK Eskişehir Basket, in China with Anhui Wenyi, and in the NBA D-League with Texas Legends. In July 2017 Harris returned to China for Anhui Wenyi where in 6 games he averaged 31.5 points and 7.2 rebounds per game.
